2. What these Terms cover
These Terms apply to your use of tinytoolkits.com and to purchases or downloads of TinyToolKits digital products, including PDF guides, checklists, worksheets, templates, free lead magnets and related digital materials.
Separate terms may also apply through Payhip, Stripe, PayPal or another payment/delivery provider. If there is a conflict between these Terms and mandatory consumer law, mandatory consumer law applies.
3. Educational content only
TinyToolKits products are general educational and self-help resources. They are not medical advice, mental health advice, psychotherapy, financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, legal advice or a substitute for professional support. Please read the Disclaimer before using any guide.
4. Eligibility
The website and products are intended for adults aged 18 or over. If you are under 18, you should not buy products from this website without the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
5. Product descriptions, prices and taxes
We aim to describe each product clearly, including its format, subject, price, and any relevant limitations. Prices are shown on the website or Payhip checkout page. Taxes, VAT and currency handling may depend on your location, the seller’s tax status and the checkout provider’s settings.
We may update, change, remove or reprice products at any time. Changes do not affect purchases already completed, except where updates are provided voluntarily.
6. Ordering and contract formation
When you place an order through Payhip, Stripe, PayPal or another checkout provider, you are making an offer to purchase the selected digital product. A contract is formed when payment is accepted and the product is made available to you by download link, customer account, email delivery or another digital access method.
You are responsible for ensuring that your email address and order details are correct at checkout.
7. Delivery of digital products
Products are delivered digitally, normally by download link, email or access through Payhip. To use the products, you need internet access, a device capable of opening PDF files, and standard PDF reading software.
If you do not receive your product after purchase, please first check your spam/junk folder and then contact us at [INSERT CONTACT EMAIL] with your order reference.
8. Right of withdrawal for EU/Hungarian consumers
If you are a consumer in Hungary or elsewhere in the European Union, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online/distance contract without giving a reason.
For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, such as downloadable PDFs, this right may be lost once digital delivery/performance has started, provided that before delivery you gave your prior express consent to immediate access and acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal.
To support this rule operationally, the checkout should require a clear, specific, mandatory confirmation similar to:
I consent to immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that I lose my 14-day right of withdrawal once the download/access begins.
A general “I agree to the Terms” checkbox is not a good substitute for this specific digital-content withdrawal acknowledgement.

9. Refunds
Please read the Refund Policy. In summary: because the products are digital downloads, change-of-mind refunds are generally not available after access has started and the required consent/acknowledgement has been obtained. This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty, incorrectly supplied, not as described, or not delivered.
10. Statutory conformity rights
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that consumers have under applicable EU or Hungarian law, including rules on the conformity of digital content and digital services. If a digital product is defective, incorrectly supplied or materially not as described, please contact us so that we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy where required.
11. Licence and intellectual property
All TinyToolKits content, including text, worksheets, designs, graphics, product names and branding, is owned by us or licensed to us unless stated otherwise. When you buy or download a guide, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own personal use.
You must not resell, redistribute, upload, share publicly, copy into another product, train an AI system on, or commercially exploit TinyToolKits materials without written permission.
12. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malware, scrape content at scale, or use the website or products unlawfully.
13. Third-party services and links
The website may link to or integrate third-party services including Payhip, Stripe, PayPal, LeadsLeap/SendSteed, Google Workspace, Buffer, Supergrow, Namecheap and social media platforms. These third parties may operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites, platforms, downtime, checkout interfaces or account decisions.

If you are a consumer and a dispute cannot be resolved directly, you may have access to consumer protection authorities or an alternative dispute resolution/conciliation body.
